Backend Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET for the development of web applications
  • Experience with micro services architecture and related design patterns
  • Experience working with scaled data systems and document databases (e.g. Azure CosmosDB, Redis DB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with one or more SQL dialects and the principles of relational databases
  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency with Git and related version control and collaboration tools (e.g. GitHub)
  • Experience working in shared code repositories with multiple contributors
  • Experience working to support multiple teams and tracking/updating progress through project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Nice to have: experience with Google Cloud, AWS

Senior Mathematician

  • 5-7 years experience in casino game development, game and math model design
  • Extensive knowledge of real money or social casino games and player psychology
  • Excel expert, experience with VBA preferred
  • Programming experience; preferably C/C++, C#, Java, or VBA
  • Skills with one or more art/wireframing tools helpful: Balsamiq Mockups, PhotoShop, Illustrator
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a creative and collaborative, interrupt-driven work environment
  • Able to give and take constructive feedback in a professional manner
  • Passion for gaming; avid gamer with solid understanding of game development and game genres
  • Strong understanding of game balance and game pacing
  • Self-direction, drive, and leadership

Game Designer

  • 2+ years of experience in game development, game design, and game math model design
  • Extensive knowledge of mobile games and player psychology
  • Intrinsic barometer of “is this fun” and a DNA-level drive to ask, “how can I make it better?”
  • Excel or Sheets expert
  • Programming experience preferred (Unity would be ideal)
  • Skills with one or more art/wireframing tools helpful: Balsamiq Mockups, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a creative, collaborative, fast-paced work environment
